SUPER CHIPMUNK 70e ARF

If you love classic aerobatic aircraft as much as we do, you'll love the Super Chipmunk 10e and 70e.  The 70e was designed from the ground up specifically for electric power.  For example, the canopy assembly is retained by four very strong magnets, and can be removed in seconds for easy battery access.  Hyperion engineers have also been ruthless in finding every chance to reduce all-up weight, yet still managed build a model which is very strong and takes hard landings in stride.

The Super Chipmunk 70e (like her little sister, the 10e) is made for 'Big Sky' aerobatic maneuvers performed at medium to high speeds.  Huge loops, long knife-edge passes, falling-leaf inverted flat spins and such are second nature to these beautiful models...  The Chipmunk 70e is a good model for those days which are too windy for your 3D ships - because it handles bumpy air so well - but at only 22oz per square foot loading she can really slow down, too.  We've even seen some hot pilots do "3D" maneuvers with this Super Chipmunk... that no other Chipmunk ever did before!
